No claims will be accepted after this period. After you have contacted us, we will contact you by email and follow up with instructions accordingly.

In case you receive a damaged product that you want to return to Pitchkes.com you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, return that item/these items by postal mail to us. However, if after checking the returned damaged goo(d)s we determine that Pitchkes.com is at fault and that you are entitled to receive a refund, we shall, of course, reimburse you and incorporate your costs of return shipping in the refund.
Note that this is not possible, without a copy of the receipt given by the postal service which was used to return the goods to Pitchkes.com.

Also, note that promotion (articles at reduced prices) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If Pitchkes.com shipped the wrong item or sent an incomplete parcel, you should communicate that to us by e-mail within 7 workdays after delivery. Within this email, you provide a detailed description of the problem and thereafter Pitchkes.com will contact you within 2 workdays. When we contact you, we will specify in detail how to solve the problem.

Pitchkes.com does not take back any articles that are used or worn. Customers are therefore expected to save the original wrapping, not to remove the labels and to provide additional good wrapping for the return shipment.

If you qualify for a refund, the payment will take place within 10 days after receiving Pitchkes.com’s email in which it is confirmed, that you will be refunded.

Pitchkes.com only refunds your (return) shipping costs, if you did not receive the ordered goods or if the goods were damaged the moment you received them. Pitchkes.com can refuse or not refund the returned goods when the wrapping has been opened and/or the product has been damaged by the customer.
